THE HEART OF TLC

OUR TEAM

The heart of our staff here at TLC is compassionate in its efforts to build a respectful relationship with each client focused on dignity, honesty, integrity, and privacy. Who is the heart of the team, you ask? Well it is the California State Certified Home Care Aides. They are dedicated to provide clients with a regular daily routine and a warm familiar friendly face.Our home care aides want to provide a space where their client can thrive in the safety of their own home. The well being of each client is the central design for all personalized care plans to ensure a high quality of life. 

LICENSING

TLC Assistant Living Services Corporation is licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services. TLC is in accordance with the applicable provisions of the California Health and Safety Code and its rules and regulations.

TRAINING

Each Home Care Aide is registered in the State of California Department of Social Services. Our home care aides are CNA trained and receive continued training yearly with a specialization in MS,Dementia,Alzheimer's and Parkinson's

VENDORS

Hospice- We work as a team with assisting Hospice to provide positive comfort care at the client's own home. Our Home Care Aides work side by side with a Registered Nurse from Hospice. 

Area 12 Agency on Aging- We are contracted with Area 12 to assist clients in our area with In Home Services. 

VA- We are a connected with the VA through TriWest and are a provider for local veterans. 

Long Term Care- We are happy to communicate with your Long Term Care Insurance Provider to begin services. 

Sonora Cancer Center- We work with patients receiving care from the cancer center. 

Valley Caregiver Resource Center- We are contracted with VCRC to assist clients in our area with In Home Care Services.
