Welcome Home Services in Sonora, CA

TLC Assistant Living Services is a family owned and operated in-home assistant living company based in Sonora, CA.  Our Welcome Home services include but not limited to providing  you with a safe and secure environment once discharged from facility or returning home. We will be there to assist your family members with daily activities, transportation needs, errands or anything else we can do to make your life easier during this time of transition. We will also help out with pet care if needed.


Our Welcome Home Services can include up to 5 days a week with flexible hours from Mon- Fri 7am - 4pm or a 6 hour total package that includes:


  • Home preparation
  • Picking up client from Sonora Hospital or local facility
  • Preparing home for client’s arrival from facility
  • Getting needed groceries or supplies
  • Picking prescriptions
  • Settling client into home as per instructions supplied by the facility or hospital
  • Picking up boarded pets
  • Spending time in your client’s home doing what needs to be done for your safety



A home visit will be required to insure the home is safe for the client to return home, assessment will be done at that time to determine care needs and service.
